The close collaborative relationship between jazz legend George Benson and Ibanez has been producing incredible guitars since the '70s. As such, the signature GB10EM has all the pure tone and playability you expect at an unexpectedly attainable price. The basswood back and sides are supported by a spruce top and nyatoh neck with walnut fretboard, and it's this that shapes the beautifully balanced sound and delivers that all-important Jazz combination of warmth, brightness and rich acoustic character. Meanwhile, the Magic Touch Mini humbuckers have been specifically designed to faithfully amplify the foundation sound of the GB10EM and offer an optimally balanced, transparent and dynamic tone. Since this is an Ibanez model, it also comes with the Ibanez-grade playing comfort provided by a slightly slimmer body-size than that of standard Jazz instruments and an incredibly fast feeling GB neck that sits naturally in the palm.
